As the heart of the Moscow agglomeration polycentric development scheme, the International Financial Centre is one of the key ‘growing points’. IFC is to gain convenient transport connections with Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo airports, Skolkovo Innovation Centre and the new district of Moscow called Kommunarka.

IFC is supposed to be connected with the existing business activity centres: Moscow-City and the downtown comprising all the administrative functions, Moscovia-City serving as the Moscow Oblast legislative and executive authority complex and Crocus City known to be the largest trade fair and business centre of the Russian Federation.
