The territory of Moscow City Palace of Children and Youth’s Creativity is located in the park area on Vorobyovy Gory in Moscow. The project is designed in cooperation with the original project authors Viktor Yegerev, Vladimir Kubasov and Felix Novikov. 

The project stipulates that the objects of the first stage of the 1960 architectural design competition project realization are restored and the unrealized second stage objects are constructed. Landscaping is to be performed with a cascade of ponds created.
