This mixed-use residential complex appears to be the first stage at Obninsk centre development project realization. The project of the town new centre development involves creating a modern mixed-use urban fabric with a square, boulevards and pedestrian streets. The residential complex with a two-storey stylobate shapes the principal social area including the central waterbody and a pedestrian street. The ground floors of the complex are intended as locations for retail and service outlets, cafés and a restaurant. 

The commercial use layout is designed specifically to avert public spaces visitors’ inflows from outside interfering with residents. The residential complex centre is composed by a car-free landscaped courtyard, garden, walking area, recreation zones, children playgrounds and sports grounds. This project realization is to shape the new central public space of the town and contribute to urban activities development.
