Hermes is a mixed-use business centre that became the first step in the realization of the strategy of Naro-Fominsk spatial development. The strategy stipulates the town centre multifunctional development involving the abandoned and undeveloped territories modernization. The business centre is located in the central part of Naro-Fominsk, next to the former Silk Factory territory and the town administrative buildings.

Within the construction of Hermes centre the transport network was modernized, which allowed to enhance the transport situation in the town. Having created 500 new jobs, the business centre project realization fostered the vitality of publicactivity and became a driver for further development of the town central part.
