The residential complex is a part of Naro-Fominsk historical centre development strategy realization. The strategy aims to create a comfortable urban space for life, work and recreation.

The design of the complex was carried out in accordance with the quarter building principles using high-rise dominants. Residential buildings join together to form an isolated landscaped car-free courtyard – but the latter is nevertheless linked with the urban public spaces via landscaped sidewalks and cycle and foot routes leading to the embankment. Thus the residential complex remains a part of the landscaped urban environment and integrates into the town life.
