The project concept is based on Vnukovo Aeropolis unique location. The aeropolis is the centre of a large urban agglomeration on New Moscow lands composed by such settlements as Odintsovo, Novo-Peredelkino, Solntsevo, Moskovsky, Salaryevo, Pervomaiskoye, Vnukovo, Krekshino etc. 

Based on the experience of the world's largest megacities that have chosen aeropolis as an effective model for urban planning and economic development of lands adjacent to airports, the project will give rise to a new investment activity point in the joined territory. 

The project stipulates creating 4 principal clusters: a mall and at the same time business centre is to be constructed at the side of Borovskoye shosse, an outlet centre and retail park are to appear at the side of Kievskoye shosse, a trade fair and sports centre is to be built in between. All these objects are to be united by a large recreational park alongside the reservoir. Park and ride facilities are to be constructed as well.
